Terratag
- This is a site that we produced for a top London fashion T-Shirt company
and is in fact a complete web application, which allows real time changes
to the site to be made by the client.
The site is entirely hand coded(apart
from the graphics), since the layout required by the company's designer
could not easily be acheived any other way.
It features an innovative approach to
php programming and is a very successful on-line shop.
As well as the pages you see on the site,
there are many administration pages (not accessible to visitors) on a
secure server, which allow for the database, which drives the site, to
be updated. There are also pages which allow the client to print pick
lists, printing lists, invoices and shipping labels; calculate V.A.T.
returns etc..
Prototype
21 Print - Another T-Shirt compny. This time just a supply/printing
company.
We produced a nice 'flash only' site
with sound for the introduction of a new range of 'organic' T-shirts.
You can see it HERE
Prototype 21
- We created a Flash site for the design side of the above company using
graphics supplied by the client. The site was intended to show off their
design and layout skills. We think it succeeded well. If you look at the
site, move your mouse around over the pages - some of the links are 'subtle'!.
Largesalad
- a 'New Age' site with a massive database of people looking for pen pals
and romantic connections. The site also features a well thought out search
engine(which is hosted on the djmsoft server) to facilitate finding entries.
There is also an entertaining, interactive I Ching prediction page among
other attractions.
Again, this site is programmed using
a variety of techniques including perl, php, sql, flash and javascript.
Acme
Models - A site that we developed for a small chain of model
shops who wish to remain anonymous. The site, as developed, features their
entire catalogue. We have deleted most of the items for simplicity.
The company also uses the site as a web
application. Updates to prices and stock levels need only be made in one
location. The changes are then immediately reflected on the site, where
shop staff look up prices by using the search facility which is built
in to the site.
The secure administration pages for this
site allow the addition of branches, ranges and items. The updating of
addresses, prices, stock levels and descriptions.
The company has noticed a substantial
rise in telephone enquiries since putting their catalogue on line and
is currently considering upgrading the site to include a shopping cart
and on-line purchasing to augment the telephone mail order service they
currently operate.
